Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. We at
The Hijab Shop will send you an e-mail confirming your order
immediately. Goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours
of receipt of your order, but please allow up to 7 working
days for them to reach you. Please ensure that all the details
that you give us are correct, so that we can carry out our
obligation to you effectively.
Very occasionally, something you order may be out of stock.
If you have not received your order within 14 days, we will
contact you to discuss your order. If you have ANY special
requirements, let us know and we will try to accommodate them.
Please note that while we try to deliver as much as possible
together, items may sometimes be delivered by different carriers.
Delivery Areas
We deliver worldwide but because we are physically based in
the UK we are able to offer FREE delivery to all UK orders
above £80.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we
will refund your money or exchange any item without question.
We only ask that you return the item to us unused and in its
original condition, within seven days of receiving your order.
When mailing your return please obtain a proof of postage
certificate which is available free of charge from any Post
Office. Please note we cannot pay for any postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Payment Methods
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB and all the major
credit cards except American Express. We also accept debit
cards including Switch, Solo and Electron. You can also pay
by cheque, just make sure you choose the correct payment method
at the checkout.
